About you

As the Administrative Assistant supporting the Commercial Property Management team, you’ll have the opportunity to provide administrative and organizational support and become part of our active and growing team.  You thrive on maintaining excellent records including processing invoices, managing couriers, organizing mail, ordering office supplies and helping organize social events.  You are a true team player and thrive on paying attention to detail. 

In this role, you will

  • You proactively execute administrative duties seamlessly, navigating shifting priorities throughout the day.

  • You are able to support the needs of the group while working autonomously.

  • You are able to grow your role within the business through efficient completion of your duties allowing you time to take on new responsibilities.

What you’ll bring

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role.

  • Previous experience working within a real estate environment.

  • Experience working within a professional services environment.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication skills.
