*This is a mostly remote position with potential hybrid needs in our Portland, OR office. This role is open to applicants in other states on a more fully remote basis, for the right match.
In this administrative assistant 2 role, you will be providing advanced-level administrative support to senior leadership and managerial staff for various administrative tasks such as calendar and project management, communication needs, travel and expense reporting, coordination of dept. activities, and other ad hoc support needs such as:

Create, edit, and proofread letters, memos, reports, presentation materials, and prepare correspondence often with little direction.

Gather and analyze incoming inquiries or information to identify and solve problems.

Make travel arrangements, prepare, and distribute agendas and meeting minutes, maintain appointment schedules, and plan/coordinate special events.

Evaluate and communicate information in a clear manner, recognizing when high sensitivity and discretion is required.

Coordinate activities, information and communication between departments and outside parties.
Skills and Background You’ll Need
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
-
2+ years of demonstrated expertise providing advanced administrative support to leadership.

Experience working in one of the following industries: Insurance, banking, and/or financial services.

Experience creating PowerPoint presentations for projects and presentations.

Proven ability to grab complex needs and put them into a workable action plan which aligns with leadership and organizational goals.

Ability to guide and assist with a balance of kindness and assertiveness.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
23.80 - 31.61
