Administrative Assistant for new KTC Korea
Job Description:
Position Summary: Creating, executing and maintaining Production row data (including documentation) as needed in support of production line
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform administrative duties for the site and Facilities team, such as placing purchase order requisitions, invoice matching, managing facility requests and preventative maintenance assignments; Practical hands on experience using SAP

Prepare important site communications related to facilities maintenance;

Serve as the receptionist for the site;

Greet, check-in and route incoming visitors;
-
Review Safety procedures with visitors and Contractors
-
Monitor security systems and serve as key contact with outside security vendor during working hours;

Manage site badges;
-
Office supply management;
-
Manage incoming/outgoing mail requirements;
-
Act as a liaison for outside vendors of site printers, faxes and other critical office equipment;
-
Ensure adequate levels of office and break room supplies are available; place special orders as needed.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Physical Requirements):
-
Associates degree with experience as an Administrative Assistant or a combination of education and experience;
-
Previous experience supporting multiple levels of an organization;
-
Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office suite, primarily Outlook and Excel; SAP
-
Experience dealing with confidential documentation and filing practices;
-
Experience working well both independently as well as accepting direction on projects.

Bilingual in English a Plus
