Job Summary
Provides administrative, technical, and/or specialized support to plant operations. Provides support to multiple areas, including production, engineering, maintenance, facilities, etc.
Position Responsibilities
- Under limited supervision performs clerical, administrative and general duties involving typing, record and file maintenance and mail distribution.
- Schedules appointments and makes extensive arrangements for onsite meetings and functions
- Orders supplies
- Completes Requisitions
- Assist HR with Vacation Tracking, Attendance Points Violations
- Greet guests & vendors and telephone reception
- Assignments are broad in nature and usually require originality and ingenuity
- Responsible for food safety and quality.
Position Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred
- Needs to be proficient in the following computer skills: Microsoft, Kronos, PeopleSoft
- Must demonstrate ability to prioritize responsibilities and conduct multiple tasks concurrently
- Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data
- Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions.
- Have the ability to deal with a variety of personalities, communicate effectively and continued flexibility while identifying potential improvements and cost savings
- Must be able to work independently without much direction
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Must be a good team player and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation:
Pay Range:$41,000-$54,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
