Your Location: Remote Anywhere within the USA

You Report To: Manager, Funding

Compensation: $19.11/hour plus bonus!

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30am-6pm EST

About the Opportunity:

First Help Financial, voted and certified as a “” by our workforce for three years in a row, is adding a new partner to our Funding department to accommodate our remarkable growth! The Administrative Assistant’s primary responsibilities are to address incoming calls and visitors and to manage the department’s file package storage system. This role is important to the Funding department’s efficiency and the company’s ability to retrieve and analyze historical information about our loans.

What you will do:

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Call insurance agents to retrieve insurance binders.
  • Draft RISC corrections letters and request RISC corrections letters to be mailed.
  • Monitor faxes and shared insurance inboxes.
  • High outbound call volume, 80+ calls a day.
  • Communicates all updates effectively and in a timely manner with fellow employees.
  • Assist Managers with department projects.
  • Additional responsibilities and projects may apply.

  • Demonstrated historical career stability
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must have prior Excel experience
  • Ability to multitask

  • Excellent communication skills
