Front Desk Receptionist for a high volume office.
The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Guest services – Welcome guests who arrive at the office and clarify the purpose of their visit and who they want to see. Answer all phone calls and data entry. Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone or email.
- Administration – File, photocopying, and keep good records. Maintain an organized filing system.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Bilingual preferred
- Previous office experience preferred
- Pay starts at $13.00 an hour
