Job Description:
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- At least one year of related work experience is required
EDUCATION:
- Associate’s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Computer – proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to utilize electronic mail system
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Communication – effective listening, speaking, and writing
- Knowledge of budgeting and expense tracking
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
ATTENDANCE:
- Regular attendance required.
SOME DUTIES:
- Provides support to Director of DC Operations and DC Management in administrative tasks.
- Greets and handles calls and visitors to DC office.
- Maintains calendars for DC Management.
- Makes travel arrangements for DC staff.
- Performs general office duties to include: preparing documents, making copies, scheduling meetings, maintaining DC files, etc.
- Orders supplies for DC office and distributes departmental mail and messages.
- Prepares daily production reports.
- Updates and maintains department flow charts.
- Communicates with all levels of management, supervisors and hourly associates.
- Prepares spreadsheets, memos and interdepartmental communications.
- Maintains and updates time reporting system.
- Works on special projects and special tasks as needed.
- Required to learn company policies and procedures.
- Required to learn company safety rules.
Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
