About this PositionWe are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Scanning, batching and barcoding
  • Ensure all redemptions are in order for completeness and suitability
  • Initiate contact with agents to resolve the quality of business/ deficient trades
  • Responsible for keying KYCs in the system
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Post secondary education or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through related work experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have minimum 50 WPM
  • Individuals are expected to work from the office Monday through Friday.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
