Anticipated Duties & Responsibilities / Provide effective, administrative and business support to include:
- Interacting and scheduling with internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing correspondence for internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing and maintaining business data and information
- Meeting preparation and organization.
- Schedule meetings, coordinating schedules with clients and other professionals, and confirm meetings 24 hours in advance
- Greet internal customers, clients, or prospects attending meetings and ensure meeting rooms and office are adequately prepared
- Coordinate team meetings
- Ability to use business systems and can prepare reports.
- May maintain databases, including meeting notes and presentation information.
- Business research through public and private media (or other sources as appropriate)
- Prepare reports and materials for internal and external meetings and relevant reports
- Order, prepare and maintain marketing materials
- Help plan and orchestrate small events
- Develop and maintain databases of business information
- Provide occasional back-up support to other administrative or support positions
- Communicate clearly and effectively inside and outside of the organization; respond to their requests and work with them to resolve issues and meet their needs.
- Maintain files, copies, scans and faxes
- Organize documents and correspondence in business files.

- You won’t let unfinished items stay unfinished, and are relentless on following-up outstanding items and will anticipate future needs
- You’re not a one-person show, you like to be part of something bigger and enjoy teamwork, being a productive member of a cohesive group working toward a common goal and contributing to effective team dynamics is something that comes naturally.
Experience:
- 5+ years of mid to high level support of an executive or high functioning team.
Education / Licenses / Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
The actual base pay offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. Base pay is one component of B. F. Saul Company & Affiliates total compensation package, which also includes access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, bonus plans and more.
