About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our contact centre management team with essential administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and solid overall computer knowledge to assist with data management, reporting, and other general office duties.
Full time position, 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday, based in our Redditch Office, near Birmingham!
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and performance reporting
Retrieve call recordings for managers as required
Generate and organise data using Microsoft Excel (to include formulas & pivot tables as necessary) for data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
Handle confidential information with discretion
Assist with system updates and basic troubleshooting of office software.
Assist with report preparation as required
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed
Handle any ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and charts)
Good understanding of general computer systems and office software.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage workload effectively and work independently.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is advantageous.

The position offers a competitive starting salary of £22,308 per annum.
The successful applicant would be required to undertake a DBS and CCJ check and other background checks before an offer of employment is made.
