Job Responsibilities:
1. Framework Building and Implementation

  • Implement training programs according to the AD competency framework
  • Based on evaluations and observations…, categorize the AD group to develop appropriate strategies for each group.

  

2. Capability Development

  • Comprehensive training programs designed and implemented for Sales (TH/BDD/BDM).
  • Coordinate the organization of regular training courses.
  • Work with vendors and stakeholders to effectively implement training activities
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

3. Support and consultation

  • Identify and provide information on issues related to the competency and performance of the AD
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirements

1. Qualifications:

  • Graduated from a college in economics-related fields

2. Experience:

  • 5-year working experience in people development with at least 2 year in the leadership role
  • Experience in sale capability development or Experience in Life industry is a plus

3. Knowledge & Skills:
