Join Aprio's Technology Advisory team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Acumatica Implementation Lead to join their dynamic team.


We are looking for a highly skilled Acumatica Implementation Engineer with a strong background in heavy construction ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in deploying, configuring, and optimizing Acumatica ERP solutions to meet the complex needs of construction businesses. This position requires deep expertise in both Acumatica and the construction industry to ensure seamless implementation and client success.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Acumatica ERP solutions for heavy construction clients.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to design tailored ERP solutions.
  • Configure and customize Acumatica modules, including project management, job costing, finance, procurement, and payroll.
  • Provide technical and functional guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in data migration, integration, and system optimization.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and consultants to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Stay up to date with Acumatica product updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Acumatica ERP implementation, preferably in the heavy construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction business processes, including job costing, progress billing, subcontractor management, and payroll.
  • Experience with ERP integrations, data migration, and system customization.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into practical system solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and SaaS models.
  • Acumatica certifications are highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
