The opportunity

This position is responsible for accurate and timely NBV reporting as well as in-depth analysis required to support strategic decision making and NBV optimization. This position sits in actuarial and works closely with finance, strategy and distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Monthly APE and NBV Reporting

  • Annual business planning exercise

  • Collaboration with other stakeholders (include distribution, product & pricing, finance etc) to support to improve company NBV

  • Campaign reviews with distribution teams to ensure adequate cost-benefit analysis

  • Accurate and timely management reporting to CEO, CFO and other relevant stakeholders

  • FP&A analysis and deep dive into areas of business and strategy  

  • Ad hoc projects

What we are looking for

  • Preferably 3-5 years relevant experience.

  • Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, and Mathematics.

  • Good progress in actuarial professional exams.

  • Good time management and analytical skills.

  • Demonstrate ability to apply actuarial theories to develop practical solutions to various assignments and projects.

  • Good interpersonal skills.
