Experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant experience in an institutionally owned multifamily asset management, value-add/redevelopment, and/or an acquisitions capacity is preferred.

Essential Duties
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project reports, files, and folders.
- Coordinate new vendor set up. Request and obtain necessary documents, save, and distribute to appropriate parties.
- Assist with vendor bid package requests, including obtaining insurance and license for the prospective projects and uploading to project files for Contract Administrator review and verification.
- Prepare contract requests, purchase orders and change orders under the guidance of the Design Manager.
- Finish specification writing.
- Obtain quotes for pool furniture based on Design Manager specifications, place PO’s, track status and coordinate with onsite staff as necessary to prepare for receiving.
- Coordinate signage design and placement with the interior design plans and exterior renovation vision to create a cohesive look from the Main ID through to the unit IDs.
- Assist in managing sign vendors during all phases of process from initial engagement and survey to permitting through to installation.
- Completes special projects as needed.
- Example of special projects: Using Bluebeam Revu software to assist Design Manager with exterior paint color blocking for full exterior paint submittal package.
- Collect all closeout documents from vendors such as completion photos and inventory lists.
- Ability to take direction and suggestion in an open collaborative way.
- 20% travel.
- Completes company required training by established deadline.
- Complies with all Fairfield standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state and federal laws.
- Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned.

Estimated Rate of Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00
This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.
The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
