We bring responsibility and dependability to the shipping industry, and shield you from problems. We manage any issue from shipping to receiving, and we track each shipment from pickup to delivery. 

Position Summary:

The Accounting Specialist ensures accurate financial processes by classifying shipping documents, verifying documentation accuracy, and reconciling amounts across systems. This role involves addressing discrepancies and maintaining precise financial records to support seamless operations.

Responsibilities

  • Classifying various shipping documents received through our billing audit software (carrier invoice, bill of lading, proof of delivery, etc) 
  • Verifying all required customer and carrier documentation is received and matches our internal system. 
  • Verifying amounts match between systems and making necessary adjustments as needed. 

Requirements or Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills. English Level C1. 
  • Can work Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm EST
  • Has 1 or more years of experience in accounting, or any relevant experience (logistics and finance) in BPO
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
