We are seeking detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable/Data Integrity Representative to join our team to work on a special project within the call center department!
This a fully remote and temporary position up through year end based on business need. Part time up to 40 hours per week! The ideal candidate will understand accounting principles, be detailed oriented, quick learner of systems and a problem solver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and customer issues.
- Fast learner of multiple systems
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Problem solver
