Our people are our greatest asset! As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll work with Uline customers to resolve account issues and deliver legendary customer support!
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM
Position Responsibilities
-
Handle 120+ collections customer contacts daily via phone and email.

Determine appropriate escalation for delinquent collections accounts.

Support the management of appropriate collections account aging.

Identify high-risk accounts and notify management.
Minimum Requirements
-
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms preferred.

Strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Experience in a business-to-business environment and with reconciling accounts.

Excellent customer service skills to support resolution of past due invoices.
