About the role: An Accounts Receivable Specialist manages incoming payments, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
**This is a temporary, yet full-time (40 hours/week) contractor position**
What You’ll Do:
- Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets and updating information as needed
- Communicating with previous clients and customers to request payment plans
- Collecting payments from customers and accurately recording them in the system
- Creating reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
- Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information
- 1-3 years of experience using NetSuite
