Accounts Receivable Manager
The Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and reporting. This role is critical in maintaining cash flow, minimizing overdue accounts, and fostering strong relationships with our strategic customers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a strong background in financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accurate preparation of invoices to our strategic customers
- Monitor customer balances and overdue amounts to improve cash flow
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our strategic customers to facilitate timely payments and address any billing issues
- Review regular reports on billing status and contract statuses
- Take care of written inquiries with internal and external stakeholders
- Verify the accuracy of billing data and revise any errors
- Send invoices and reminders as well as monitor and support to assign incoming payments
- Identify and implement improvements in accounts receivable processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure all accounts receivable activities comply with company policies and relevant SOX controls
- Handle and resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Sales Operations, to ensure smooth and efficient billing and collections processes.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information related to accounts receivable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable related field (Billing & Cash Collection)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English, German/Spanish any other European Language knowledge is a plus
- Proficient user of MS D365 or any other ERP system (SAP, Oracle..etc) and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- CPA, CIMA, ACCA or other relevant certifications preferred

Pay Range: $65K - $75K
Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location.
