【Your Key Responsibilities】
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- This position manages all Taiwan P2P (Procure to Pay) local operations and key local/global projects.
- Supports key stakeholders, such as the Country Finance Head, in managing risk and ensuring optimal operating results.
- Works with the Global Credit Management team to ensure risks are recognized and mitigated in a timely manner.
- Continuously drive improvements in P2P processes, systems, documentation, reporting, and audit compliance.
- Ensure an easily understood and transparent control environment.
【What you’ll bring to the role】
Service Delivery
- Act as a technical and operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) for P2P processes and systems. Manage controls and/or segregation of duties in all P2P processes and Systems. Support P2P audits for all in-scope BUs.
- Responsible for the P2P process and systems. Ensure appropriate reporting and metrics are in place to give transparency to operational efficiency and effectiveness with all 3rd party suppliers.
- Is expected to be the VIP solution manager for urgent and critical issues. Including management of the Immediate Payment Request process.
- Must be able to proactively challenge the status quo, taking calculated risks, making fact-based recommendations, and having the ability to coach themselves and others around adapting to change. Must have a high level of comfort with change.
- Demonstrate excellence in project management/team management.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply IFRS principles in P2P process.
Compliance
- Ensure financial compliance/SOX 404 or equivalent regulation attestation by building/maintaining an appropriate control framework.
- Prepare quarterly SOX 302 or equivalent regulation disclosure reports for all Sandoz Divisions.
- Oversee relationships with internal and external auditors and support FRA Ops FC&C in their review activity.
【Desirable Requirements】
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or Finance
- Minimum of 5+ years’ accounting experience, preferably in Big 4 public accounting or healthcare industry
- Project management skills with focus on driving performance and productivity
- Analytical mindset and ability to understand situations, interdependencies, and challenges in a holistic way
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Flexible and react to changes promptly and efficiently
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS (GAAP), accounting and financial reporting requirement
- Proactive, result orientated and with a strong customer centric attitude
- Strong continuous improvement mindset
- Interest to learn, explore and develop within the given role
- Good command of Chinese and English
- SAP /concur/ SRM supper user
