Our foundation is built on cutting-edge measurement and consumer analytics, giving our clients the tools they need to drive success in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

This role requires strong leadership, process optimization, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.

What you'll do:

  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met; resolve escalations and service issues promptly.
  • Lead and review month-end close activities; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage general ledger and oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for multiple entities
  • Support global consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
  • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and uphold company policies and procedures
  • Partner with FP&A, tax, treasury, and international teams on cross-border transactions
  • Provide guidance and support to new outsourcing team members; ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • Assist in ERP implementation or upgrades as needed (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Qualified Professional accounting or MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a multinational or public accounting firm
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP; exposure to IFRS a plus
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work across functions and cultures
  • Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency environments
  • Knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing concepts
  • Netsuite, Oracle experience
