As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Finance and Accounting department is hiring an Accounting Manager to be responsible for overseeing the preparation of accurate GL records, preparing and reviewing ad-hoc reporting and other projects, and contributing to overall operational efficiency within the finance organization.

In this role, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the US accounting team including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Manage the monthly close process for assigned areas including review and posting of journal entries, account reconciliation, and supervision of the team
- Assist with the annual financial statement audit and tax filings
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support decision-making processes
- Participate in ongoing projects to drive process improvement
- Monitor and enforce compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and training to accounting staff
- Prepare reports for management and external stakeholders
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance or a related field
- CPA preferred
- 6-8 years of relevant accounting experience, including supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
- Track record of partnering with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Netsuite preferred
Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $122,970 to $158,220. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
