We are currently seeking students in accounting and/or finance curriculums to fill accounting internships at our Headquarters facility in Springfield, Missouri. These are paid internships that offer employment beginning May 2025 with the opportunity to continue working year-round. Normal working days are Monday through Friday.

Qualified applicants must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.  You must also be enrolled in school at the time of the internship.

  • Accounts Payable Intern will assist with organizing and processing incoming invoices, statements, and payment requests. Handle vendor change, tax and W8/W9 forms and requests. Support audit paperwork preparation, monthly journal entry preparation and monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
     
  • Audit Intern will assist with work paper preparation and fieldwork for operational, compliance, and financial audits for AECI and its members. There will be travel opportunities during the summer to assist with inventory counts. Company vehicle will be provided
