Accounting Intern

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on and passionate Accounting Intern to join our Shared Services Centre Team, with colleagues in Sweden, Ireland, France, Lisbon and more. The role will report to the SSC P2P Team Leader and will be based in Lisbon.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in the leading provider of professionally monitored alarms for residential households and small businesses in Europe & LatAm and to get exposure to a wide variety of Accounting topics as well as team building activities.

Responsibilities will include, among others:

• Support P2P process: receiving and processing invoices, assure communication to and from all
• Point of Contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Support reviewing and assuring proper classification of cost center and accounts on POs
• Assist manager and peers on the daily activity
• Performing ad hoc Accounts Payable and Procurement duties as required
• Collaboration with local finance specialists to accounting, tax, annual reports etc. to ensure adherence to local legislation

• Recent graduate/finalist in Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business
• Strong interest for Accounting
• Fluent in written and spoken English (mandatory)
