[solidcore] is seeking an Accounting Administrator who will provide essential support to the accounting and finance team. The Accounting Administrator will assist with daily operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and administrative tasks. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who thrives in an organized, process-driven setting and is eager to grow within the accounting and finance field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support general accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger maintenance.
- Assist with invoice processing & vendor management
- Assist with month-end closing processes
- Maintain and manage company credit cards, ensuring timely reconciliation and transaction tracking.
- Assist in processing studio-level transactions, including partnership recognition and expense allocations.
- Manage studio utilities, internet, and supply setups for new studio openings.
- Act as a point of contact for studio managers regarding credit card chargebacks and financial inquiries.
- Help with audit requests, ensuring all necessary documentation is organized and readily available.
- Support the Fixed Asset team, including data entry, asset tracking, and assisting with reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support within a finance department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
- Experience is a plus but not required with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite or QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
