Maintain general ledger in accordance with US GAAP and perform full range of accounting tasks
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform month-end/year-end close
-
General ledger journal entries
-
Maintain prepaid and accrual accounts
-
Monitor and audit general ledger postings from field units
-
Control account reconciliations
-
Financial reporting as required
-
Financial statement preparation and analysis
-
Capital expenditure tracking
-
Fixed asset accounting
-
Create and amend the internal controls, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
Education:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Work Experience:
-
2 to 3 years of general accounting in an ERP environment
-
1 to 3 years of SAP experience in FI/CO ideal
-
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
-
Extremely proficient with spreadsheets
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
-
CPA / CMA preferred
Job Skills:
-
Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Must have the ability to analyze numbers and draw logical conclusions.

Ability to plan & organize work schedules, establish workload priorities and perform assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Proficient in all Microsoft office applications.

Must be extremely proficient with spreadsheets and database query skills.
Language / Communication Skills:

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Must have the ability to communicate and disclose data in an accurate manner
