Accountant

Job Description

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliation and assistant in financial reporting
• Prepare monthly/quarterly journal entries
• International entities month end closing tasks including JE, reconciliation, DIVA reporting etc.
• International entities’ routine tasks including vendor payment requests, providing accounting information to local service provider etc.
• Assistant in international entities’ financial audit and tax audit
• Assistant in annual tax return filing and statutory filing
• Malaysia entity (small business) accounting and assistance in auditing
• Other ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience including handling a variety of GL functions, month-end close
• Self-directed and self-motivated. Team player with the ability to work independently and willingness to take on challenges
• Proficient in excel
• Strong and collaborative communicator, capable of effective interaction with stakeholders.
• Experience in ERP/SAP preferred
• Public accounting experience preferred
• BA/BS degree or above in Accounting or Finance preferred
