We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee the accuracy and timeliness of daily accounting operations. If you have a passion for numbers and enjoy collaborating with others, we’d love to hear from you!

Your new adventure:

• Act as the NetSuite software expert, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Payroll. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, local SNC standards, statutory guidelines, and internal financial policies and procedures
• Assist in closing the monthly books
• Comply with local government reporting requirements, enquiries and tax filings
• Support the team in preparing all work papers and year-end financial statements required for tax authorities and audits
• Monitor and oversee bank and credit card activities
• Handle purchase invoice-related tasks, including processing invoices, obtaining necessary approvals, and preparing payments
• Support the team with the Payroll process
• Manage the flex benefits expenses, travel expenses and all other reimbursable expenses

Does this sound like you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field required
• Strong knowledge of accounting rules and principles (NCRF, US GAAP, and IFRS)
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Portuguese Tax System required
• Proven experience with Netsuite software system 
• Exceptional attention to detail and very strong analytical skills
• Fluency in English
