Purpose of Position
- CASETiFY is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager / Accountant to join our finance team. This role will report directly to the Finance Manager. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. You will be responsible for collecting financial data from various business units and/or subsidiaries, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information.
Job Description
- Support the Finance Manager in validating the consolidated adjustments and performing group consolidation
- Support the Finance Manager in preparing comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing consolidated financial performance, key trends, and insights
- Perform variance analysis for all the entities of the company
- Keep track of the latest IFRS reporting requirement
- Prepare and verify the reasonableness of the financial results
- Liaise and coordinate with local teams for financial-related matters
- Support the team on external audits and bank requests and prepare supporting schedules
- Support ad-hoc projects and analysis requests from the management
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
- Recognized professional accounting qualifications is preferred
- 6+ years of relevant experience, exposure in e-commerce business and global accounting is a plus - candidate with less experience would be considered as Accountant
- Knowledge of accounting software (proficiency in Netsuite will be an advantage)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
- Mature, independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Strong command of both written & spoken English and Cantonese
