About the Role

The Account Supervisor, Influence & Social Strategy plays a critical role in developing and executing impactful social media and influencer marketing strategies for our healthcare clients. This individual will lead the day-to-day management of social media programs, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver results for pharmaceutical, medical device and other healthcare clients. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing best practices, and the US healthcare landscape; pharmaceutical or medical device digital marketing experience is preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives, including content calendars, platform-specific strategies, and community management plans.
  • Influencer Management: Identify, vet, and manage relationships with patient and healthcare provider (HCP) influencers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with FDA and FTC regulations.
  • Content Development & Oversight: Oversee the creation of engaging and informative social media content, advocating for creative excellence while also ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Paid Social Media Strategy: Partner with paid media teams to build thoughtful, strategic paid social strategies across various platforms, keeping abreast of new ad formats and continuing to bring our clients innovative thinking in terms of how to best achieve business objectives.
  • Social Channel Management: Develop and implement content strategies for both product and corporate social media channels. Strong understanding of community management best practices.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a key point of contact for social media and influencer initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including creative, medical, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Identify key insights and optimize strategies based on data.
  • Staying Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and stay informed on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices across social media, influencer marketing and the healthcare industry.

What You'll Need

  • Healthcare Experience: 4-6 years of experience managing social media or influencer programs. Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.
  • Influencer Marketing Expertise: Proven track record of managing successful influencer programs.
  • Social Media Management: Proven experience managing social media channels and an understanding of paid social media. Platform knowledge across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, with an understanding of other emerging platforms. B2B or HCP experience preferred..
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, track campaign performance, and generate insightful reports.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range

$60,000$140,000 USD
