DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Account Sales Executive to join our team. The Account Sales Executive will be an essential part of our Sales team, helping to create and implement exciting strategies to foster and expand our client relationships. In this role, you’ll assist with managing our pipeline, nurturing relationships, generating leads, and keeping thorough documentation. You’ll also be key in facilitating smooth communication between prospects and our organization. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in and oversee activities at industry tradeshows and events, ensuring we connect successfully with prospects, clients, and partners. Please note, this role does involve some travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and implementation of innovative sales strategies that will nurture and expand our client accounts.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to discover and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
- Foster and enhance relationships with prospects through consistent communication and follow-up efforts.
- Craft and deliver customized sales proposals, RFxs, and product demonstrations that align with the unique needs of each prospect.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and effective presentation delivery to prospective clients.
- Maintain thorough and current records of all sales activities and interactions with prospects in Salesforce.
- Help drive sales success by consistently achieving or surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Take an active role in tradeshow events, including representing the DATAMARK booth and engaging directly with prospects on-site.
- Organize and oversee on-site activities during tradeshows to facilitate successful interactions with prospects, clients, and partners.
- Assist with logistical arrangements for tradeshow participation, such as setup, staffing rosters, promotional materials, and initial research and outreach efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BPO or related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of sales tools and platforms like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings/tradeshows as needed.
