We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate possesses solid communication and organizational skills, is a people-oriented professional, and is passionate about building strong teams that deliver great results to Customers. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Operation, Project Managers and Resource Managers and play an advisory role in people management activities, recruitment coordination process, and more.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Head of Operation, Project Managers, and Resource Managers to ensure seamless project delivery and optimal team performance 
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and vendors 
  • Coordinate meetings and workshops, prepare presentations, and document key decisions and actions 
  • Build, maintain, and nurture long-term trust-based relationships with Customers 
  • Identify clients' complementary and supplementary needs, providing valuable propositions and solutions 
  • Oversee team motivation and engagement, conducting face-to-face meetings and coaching team members on people-related matters 
  • Support performance reviews, career roadmaps, and team development initiatives 
  • Define, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying deviations and implementing corrective measures 
  • Participate in process improvement activities and contribute to the development of project management best practices 
  • Track financial metrics and enhance results through effective project management and strategic alignment with upper management 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outsourcing companies 
  • Advanced English (at least C1 level) for communication 
  • Prior experience as an Account Manager, Project Coordinator, or Recruitment Team Lead within an outsourcing environment 
  • A strong foundation in HR management or recruitment processes is highly valued 

WOLD BE A PLUS 

  • US business or travel visa
