We are looking for an individual who has experience or would like to develop in the area Account Manager - Inside Sales. In this position you are responsible for establishing and developing customer contacts with the help of digital tools. The purpose of the role is to achieve customer retention & revenue growth. What You’ll Do:
· Discover New Opportunities: Engage with active customers via phone or online to uncover new business prospects.
· Nurture Key Accounts: Maintain and grow sales volumes through regular, personalized follow-ups.
· Reignite Relationships: Reconnect with previously acquired customers and bring them back into the fold.
· Maximize Sales: Increase our share of wallet by cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers.
· Enhance Loyalty: Provide exceptional after-sales support to boost customer loyalty and satisfaction.
· Drive New Business: Assist in acquiring new customers and expanding our client base.
· Special Projects: Contribute to exciting sales initiatives and special projects.
· Track Success: Use Salesforce to report and manage your sales activities.
What We’re Looking For:
· Sales Enthusiast: At least 1 year of experience in inside or field sales.
· Customer Champion: A passion for achieving customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
· Tech-Savvy: Willingness to learn technical aspects of our products and solutions.
· Problem Solver: Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
· IT Proficient: Comfortable with common IT tools.
· English Speaker: Good knowledge of English is a plus.
