We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

We are seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager to join our team and build strong relationships with our mid-sized clients. This role is all about client retention and driving expansion within a select group of clients. You'll be responsible for onboarding, account management, and collaborating closely with the revenue team to ensure client success.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with the revenue team to achieve quarterly goals
  • Oversee post-sale processes to ensure smooth execution for mid-market clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing technical training and recommendations
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and implement best practices
  • Identify opportunities for expansion within your portfolio of clients

What we are looking for

  • A problem-solver with a keen business sense and consultative sales experience
  • Strong customer-facing skills, especially with mid-market clients
  • Proven experience upselling complex software in a managed model
  • 2+ years of B2B experience in a start-up or growth-stage company
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment

When we give an offer it is based on individual skills and experience, as well as how that stacks up against other employees in the role. All of our ranges account for growth within the role, so in most cases, you should expect to join closer to the entry point of the band. You will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.

The salary range for a Mid-Market Account Manager is expected to be between $80,000-$100,000 On Target Earnings (OTE), including bonuses or commissions. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
