Job Description
Wolt has seen incredible growth in Albania since launching in 2024, and we’re on the lookout for a passionate Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in nurturing relationships with our existing merchant partners (both retail and restaurant) and driving their success on our platform.
We’re looking for someone who excels in strategic thinking, has a knack for data analysis, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you’re dynamic, results-driven, and excited to make a tangible impact, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with the Head of Sales to manage and enhance relationships with merchant partners after they’ve been onboarded to Wolt.
- Proactively consulting with merchant partners, providing tailored advice on how to boost their visibility and success on Wolt.
- Driving revenue growth for merchant partners by enrolling them in marketing campaigns and other initiatives.
- Monitoring and improving data quality, documenting campaign results, and sharing insightful reports with partners.
- Leading venue optimization projects to enhance merchant performance and key metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years in Sales, Account Management, or B2B client advisory roles is preferred.
- Languages: Fluency in both Albanian and English, with excellent communication skills in both.
- Analytical mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Persistence and drive: You thrive in a target-driven role, take ownership of your work, and aim for excellence.
- Interpersonal skills: You adapt your tone to different audiences, clearly communicating the value of campaigns and initiatives.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy and precision are second nature to you, especially when managing data and documentation.
- Time management: You excel in managing competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Tools proficiency: Experience with data tools like Tableau or Looker, and familiarity with Excel, is a plus.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver's license is required, as the role involves frequent client visits.
