The Account Manager is responsible for the retention and growth of existing client accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the account manager for a defined group of existing accounts.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients as the main point of contact.
  • Educate clients about company services, capabilities, and differentiators.
  • Create and develop opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Manage onboarding of new service lines.
  • Conduct client business reviews to increase engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing, and presentations.
  • Drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement through feedback, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Work with Operations to ensure client opportunities are well matched with product delivery capabilities that meet target profitability margins.
  • Record all opportunity information, client communication and sales activities within the CRM, as directed.
  • Attend offsite conferences, trade shows, special events, and client meetings, as necessary.
  • Assist in virtual and offsite training for new clients.
  • Respond to appropriate RFP's, RFQ's and RFI's.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of one year experience in sales or customer service.

Specialized Skills

  • Effective client service and presentation skills with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships.
  • Excellent time management skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Fluent, clear, and articulate in verbal and written communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm.
  • Assertive and able to take charge of a situation when appropriate with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Foreign language experience is a plus.
