Purpose of the role
The holder of this position is responsible to manage / improve the profitability of the assigned Key Accounts and Accounts portfolio for Global Blue products and to gain assigned new business accounts.
Responsibilities and Competencies
Main duties
- Delivery of budgeted targets assigned
- Delivery of account specific contractual obligations
- Delivery of new business targets
- Relationship management at merchants Head office level
- Ensure that all relative information regarding the market and the business trend, be transmitted to the organization in an updated, qualified and transparent way

- Management and conduct of contractual negotiations
- Ensure Store level activities
- Customer Expectations Evaluation and monitoring
- Creation and delivery of Action Plans as MCNC, Marketing, Promotions, Incentives etc.
- Accurate use of CRM
- Telesales activities
- Debt collection activities

Qualifications and education requirements
- University graduate preferred
- 1-3 years of Accounts Management experience ideally in retail/financial services
- Genuine sales talent with strong results orientation, passion and determination to reach the sales targets
