Purpose of the role 

The holder of this position is responsible to manage / improve the profitability of the assigned Key Accounts and Accounts portfolio for Global Blue products and to gain assigned new business accounts.

Responsibilities and Competencies  

Main duties

  • Delivery of budgeted targets assigned
  • Delivery of account specific contractual obligations
  • Delivery of new business targets
  • Relationship management at merchants Head office level
  • Ensure that all relative information regarding the market and the business trend, be transmitted to the organization in an updated, qualified and transparent way

  • Achievements of Budget targets
  • Management and conduct of contractual negotiations
  • Ensure Store level activities
  • Customer Expectations Evaluation and monitoring
  • Creation and delivery of Action Plans as MCNC, Marketing, Promotions, Incentives etc.
  • Accurate use of CRM
  • Telesales activities
  • Debt collection activities

  • Net Commission for TFS
  • ORR
  • NCPT collection
  • NC/GC ratio for TFS
  • New TFS business
  • Ageing

Qualifications and education requirements 

  • University graduate preferred
  • 1-3 years of Accounts Management experience ideally in retail/financial services
  • Genuine sales talent with strong results orientation, passion and determination to reach the sales targets
