Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join us in a pivotal client-facing role, responsible for managing and expanding our brand and category partnership. This role demands strong production expertise, project management and client management experience. Essential requirements include a profound understanding of creative and production processes, adeptness at managing key timings, mitigating risks, problem-solving, and ensuring brand consistency through collaboration with regional teams.

• Receive and interpret client briefs, and effectively communicate project requirements to the production hub.
• Brief production teams on client expectations, project specifications, and creative direction.
• Facilitate any necessary changes or revisions to meet client needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks or roadblocks, and proactively addressing them to ensure timely delivery.
• Proactively manage client expectations, ensuring transparency and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of success in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service under high-pressure situations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of project management or account management experience in an agency environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Has the ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in interacting with co-workers at various levels and across multiple disciplines.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments.
• Preferred experience in the healthcare sector.
