YOUR PURPOSE

Coin Metrics is recruiting an Account Management professional to join our team in the United States.  Our Account Management team is responsible for management of our current client base, revenue production through upselling products and the renewal process, management of customer interactions and advocacy of our customers.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs, goals, and challenges within the industry and offer tailored solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term partnership with the company.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive client engagement and adoption of our products.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or features.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our offerings, providing guidance on best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing, and customer support) to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, communicating client requirements and feedback.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Educate clients on emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities within the space.
  • Regularly report on account performance, including client satisfaction, revenue growth, and product usage.
  • Analyze account data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide clients with detailed reports and presentations on their account status and performance.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a smooth and successful start with our products.
  • Conduct demos and training sessions and webinars to educate clients on how to use our platform effectively.
  • Provide resources and support to help clients navigate the decentralized ecosystem

YOUR EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and related products and services.
  • Proven track record of identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or features.
  • Experience in managing and growing client accounts, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and proactive communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven team player, with the ability to operate with a sense of urgency 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot preferably) and other relevant tools for account management and sales tracking.
  • Basic understanding of APIs  
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. 
  • Experience in account management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial technology industry.
