Your Career Opportunity 

In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Account Management, UKI & France on full-time hours and working from home remotely.

As an Account Manager, you’ll have a direct impact on achieving sales objectives, identifying new opportunities within the client portfolio, strategically growing client accounts, and ensuring client renewals and loyalty. Collaborating with our Client Success Management team, you will: 


  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for communication skills programs, focusing on account development, upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
  • Identify and prospect new subsidiaries or contracts within current client organizations to expand the reach of communication skills program
  • Develop and implement strategies for client renewal, including contract negotiations and addressing client concerns to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Create detailed account plans, manage relationships with key decision-makers, and actively maintain up-to-date client segmentation.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, conduct negotiations, and manage an accurate sales pipeline to forecast revenue and track opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success Manager and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to program implementation and foster a collaborative environment within the sales team.


What You'll Offer 

  • Advanced proficiency in both English and French
  • Previous sales or account management experience.
  • Experience in account planning and strategy development.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and build customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
