YOUR MISSION

Glovo Spain is going through a labour mode shift and we are creating a new department to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible. We are looking for an Account Manager who wants to join an exciting new project at Glovo, this person will manage and develop strategic relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) at Glovo. This role is crucial for ensuring expansion, optimization, and efficiency in order volumes, as well as implementing new tools to enhance logistics operations.

THE JOURNEY

  • Oversee the growth, expansion, and optimization of the order volumes for each account.
  • Present and provide visibility to providers on new tools and processes implemented on the platform.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between 3PLs and internal teams, including operations, billing, and pricing.
  • Conduct strategic meetings with 3PL business owners to collect feedback, negotiate improvements, and define the next steps.
  • Ensure the proper execution of contracts and commercial agreements with logistics providers
  • Work toe to toe with other internal departments to ensure the best experience for our providers
  • Manage a portfolio of 20-30 logistics provider accounts (3PLs).

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Previous experience in account management, logistics, or consulting (preferably in delivery, e-commerce, or transportation sectors). (2 años)
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills to build relationships with providers.
  • Analytical mindset and results-driven approach to optimize service expansion and growth.
  • Knowledge of billing, pricing, and business models in logistics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate internal and external teams.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • High level of English and Spanish (experience in international environments is a plus).
