You will

  • Be part of our EMEA Axivion Sales team, responsible for expanding as well as winning new business for our Axivion Static Code Analysis and Architecture Verification tools
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, effectively managing complex sales processes lasting several months and including multiple stakeholders
  • Engage with existing and acquire new customers, employing a ‘land and expand’ strategy to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our product offering and competitive advantages, while driving urgency by identifying the metrics which we improve in the customers software development process
  • Engage and convince various stakeholders needed in the buying journey of our tools, including but not limited to: SW Developers, Architects, Testers, R&D Managers and Technology Leaders
  • Leverage your technical knowledge and industry experience to build credibility and provide value to your clients in the functional safety domain in regulated industries, such as Automotive, Medical Devices, and Industrial Automation
  • Actively participate in the go-to-market work on the product and region of responsibility, on e.g. identifying the right conferences and value messaging


About You

  • You have a proven track record in sales with a focus on new customer acquisition through cold calling, prospecting, and consultative selling techniques.
  • You possess strong technical knowledge and can deliver initial product demonstrations to software development teams, demonstrating our solutions' value and technical merits.
  • You have experience or deep knowledge of regulated industries, particularly in one of the following: Automotive, Medical Devices, or Industrial Automation, which enhances your understanding of customer challenges and compliance requirements.
  • You are tech-savvy, familiar with functional safety and embedded systems, and can relate well to technical buyers.
  • Your background includes software sales experience targeting developer teams, complemented by a solid foundation in static code analysis tools.
  • An educational background in software engineering or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
