THE ROLE

Zeta Global is looking for a self-motivated candidate to join our team as an Account Manager, Publisher Monetization, to accelerate revenue growth by supporting our largest publisher clients. In this role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and strategic account management. You will focus on maximizing revenue opportunities and retention, collaborating with multiple departments to establish and grow publisher accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical, sales-oriented individual to work with one of the largest publishing platforms and partner with some of the Internet's largest global properties. 

The Account Manager role will be based in New York and is an in-office hybrid position. You are also expected to attend NYC-based client and internal team meetings as needed. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and maintain strong relationships with new and existing publishers 
  • Provide day-to-day client support as the main contact for your publisher clients – working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to ensure exceptional customer experience 
  • Possess a deep understanding of your client’s goals, monetization strategy, and addressability needs 
  • Identify and address issues impacting publisher yield, drive internal resolution efforts, and ensure clients successfully implement technical solutions. 
  • Coordinate kick-off calls and conduct regular client check-ins 
  • Reconcile client-facing billing reports with invoices prior to monthly distribution 
  • Provide client feedback that will help the influence product roadmap  
  • Develop and share best practices to continually improve operational efficiency, quality of work, and product effectiveness 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital advertising, focusing on programmatic media, publisher monetization, or SSP solutions 
  • Must have client-facing experience with mid-large enterprise clients 
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem 
  • Experience with GAM (DFP), DCM, Mediavisor, and other ad servers a plus 
  • Analytical mindset with impeccable attention to detail 
  • Excellent research, oral and written communication skills 
  • Proficient multi-tasking, organization and time management skills 
  • A strong motivation to understand business models and succeed in your ability to drive profitability

COMPENSATION RANGE 

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 depending on location and experience.
