For our Sales team in Denmark we are looking for you!
Location is our Avnet Silica office in Herlev.
JOB SUMMARY
Field sales executive focused on customers to achieve revenue and margin goals in assigned accounts. Identifies customer needs and applies company’s value proposition to drive sales growth and improved profitability. Develops strategic relationships and aligns customer and business goals, creating and managing a business and execution plan for shared success among the customer, vendor partners and the company.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify new sales opportunities in focus and business development accounts
- Maintain current business in your customers
- Sell products from the Silica line card, maximizing on the preferred franchises
- Work with Field Application Engineers to identify opportunities for Design Wins
- Deliver territory forecasting and sales development plans
- Provide information to customers on products and services
- Investigate and resolve customer problems
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales in accordance with Company policy
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably a Degree in Electrical Engineering or Sales and Marketing
- 3-5 years of related experience in technical sales and / or business development, ideally within the electronic or component distribution market
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Open minded, flexible and energetic
- Demonstrate ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel if business reasons requires
- Time management skills
- Proven commercial and technical skills
- Fluent in Danish & English language (verbally and in writing)
