Our established life insurance agency is seeking a motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our team. This position will generate life insurance sales based on warm leads from current clients – no cold-calling! You will be successful in this role if you are a self-starter with sales and relationship management strengths. Job Description

In this role you will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for current and prospective clients
  • Become an expert on life insurance and products offered; training is provided
  • Provide coverage reviews to our large, existing client base and sell additional coverage
  • Contact warm leads via phone to sell life insurance products across the U.S.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High School or Equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Sales Experience: 1+ years in any industry; Insurance industry knowledge preferred
  • Texas State Life Insurance license preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed

We Offer:

  • Base salary of $44,000 per year + monthly bonus
  • First year earning potential $60k - $70k; Second year $70 - $80k; future years unlimited for motivated individuals
