As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our Panoptes VM solution to top-tier semiconductor manufacturers in Korea. You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong relationships and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at semiconductor manufacturers.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Panoptes VM.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecast, and customer activities.
  • Effectively communicate the technical and business benefits of Panoptes VM to customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, product management, research, and engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Travel domestically to customer sites as needed (up to 40% of working hours).

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and yield management.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycle of enterprise software in the semicondcutor industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Korean and English. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of AI and ML concepts, especially as applied to data analysis and predictive modeling.
