 Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain current business and acquire new customers/locations.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests and projects are going to plan. 
  • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires 
  • Acting as the client’s representative to ensure that their requests are met with a focus on improving the customer experience 
  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs. 
  • Perform regular check ins with current customers to determine satisfaction levels and any needed improvements. 
  • Conduct regular reviews with the customer going over program performance.  

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related Energy industry experience preferred. 
  • Ability to prioritize and support multiple customer projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Able to work remotely and independently. 
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, oral, written communication, and presentation skills.   

 Compensation: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00, based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.

Job Location: Shelton, CT: Hybrid work schedule
