The purpose of this role is to maintain ownership of existing identified accounts, lead and measure Expeditors' product and service deliverables to satisfy the needs & expectation of a Customer Account(s).
Continually seek opportunities for service enhancement and improved tactical management. Increase our share of existing customer businessthrough cross-selling.

Description du poste
Vos missions principales :
- Retention & Development of identified existing customers.
- Gain deep understanding of customers’ business model, supply chain and strategy and decision-making process.
- Seach for continuous improvement with existing customers & bring value adds to their supply chain.
- Communicate & Collaborate with Expeditors Network to maintain customer, identify & increase business opportunities on existing customers.
- Manage client profiles and timely updates on the CRM.
- Orchestrate customer / branch relationships and collaborate with regional Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management resources.
- Manage your customer account planning and drive your account strategy with all internal stakeholders.
- Reporting & KPI management.
- Management of Business Reviews: lead structured review sessions with customer to assess strategy, priorities and operational performance.
- Support on operations process review. When needed, support AR (accounts receivable) collection.
Qualifications
- Degrees in international studies, business development or related fields. Studying in supply chain preferred.
- Oral and written proficiency in the French and English language
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM Software
- Proven work experience in account management and business development
