As the face of enmacc for GoO trading customers, you’ll engage with clients to help them become digital leaders in energy trading. Your focus will be on driving growth, winning new customers, and selling access to our industry-leading platform. Your Responsibilities / What You'll Do
As a Business Developer GoO Trading at enmacc, you will:
- Drive Growth: Increase traded GoO volumes by onboarding new traders and departments within our 570+ member companies and acquiring new GoO trading clients.
- Engage Clients: Use your expertise to build relationships with existing clients and unlock new opportunities in GoO, REGO, EUA, and other environmental commodity trading.
- Improve Liquidity: Increase trader engagement to enhance market liquidity on the platform.
- Shape the Product: Identify customer needs and contribute to the evolution of our product and service offerings.
- Knowledge Sharing: Train and guide teams in Marketing, Account Management, and other departments on environmental trading topics.
- Collaboration: Work with the Account Management team to develop and grow environmental trading desks at major enmacc accounts.
- Revenue Ownership: Be accountable for all revenue and contribution margins in environmental trading.
- Represent enmacc: Be an ambassador at industry events, fairs, and conferences.
Your Profile / What You'll Need (Required)
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional with the following:
- Deep understanding of GoO trading markets, German market is a big plus.
- Proven experience as a Trader, Broker, Analyst, or Sales professional in environmental commodities or related fields.
- A verifiable track record of commercial success.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership and initiative.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and evolving environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Passion for digital products and services, with a strong drive to build relationships and achieve results.
