As a Platform Success Representative, you will be: 

• Achieving sales targets by proactively managing a group of platform trading customers. 

Identifying, onboarding, and reactivating new and dormant online partners. 

• Training and educating partners to promote a self-serve approach on the platform. 

• Collaborating with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities through the platform. 

• Handling inbound queries and providing solutions within the defined SLA. 

• Focusing on customer base growth, platform utilization, and revenue targets. 

• Resolving day-to-day platform issues and driving insights during customer interactions. 

• Promoting Ingram Micro campaigns and increasing platform engagement. 

• Driving self-serve quoting and quote-to-order conversions. 

Monitoring customer trends and collaborating on resolving challenges.
